Caregiver Placement Agency, a division of Zee InfoTech, matches local/international live in caregiver/psw and health care professionals with sponsors and local employers.

Our Placement Agency (www.zeeinfotech.com) can assure families that our caregivers have successfully completed a Professional Live-In Caregiver Program to a minimum of 6 months/750 hrs. of in classroom training.

We offer both employers and international or local caregivers the opportunity to submit their family profile or bio data online.

Initial fee: $100.00 CDN immediately initiates a process of carefully matching the needs of the employer with the experience and skill set of the caregiver. To submit this fee and profile please send via Western Union, Money Transfer or by faxing your visa information to Zee InfoTech Inc. at Fax: 604-944-7913.

Final fee: $1,000.00 CDN - Paid by employers to "East-West Study and Work Abroad Consultants" based in Chandigarh, is due upon confirmation of a successful match with a caregiver. After the final payment is made, employers will receive copies of verification of all education, training and work experience for their selected caregiver. Police clearance and health certificates will also be forwarded to the employer. For international sponsorship within Canada our Agency will assist the employer with their application for submission to Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC). We provide worldwide assistance to all employers in the processing of their applications to the appropriate embassies.

Our Homecare Human Resources professionals will forward employers several caregiver profiles which we feel match their needs. The employer would then make their selection based on the information provided by Zee InfoTech. All personal contact information is strictly confidential until both parties agree to disclosure. The process continues until a match is successfully found for up to a period of 12 months.

Guarantee

There is an 8-week probation period for all caregivers, to guarantee the employer a replacement search in the unlikely event of a mismatch. If we are notified of a mismatch within 8 weeks of the employment start date, Certified Caregiver Placement Agency will immediately resume the search process and do everything possible to find a replacement. We will assist with all submissions of applications to the embassies for the new caregiver. This guarantee covers one replacement search within a period of 12 months.

Regulations for Families sponsoring a - Live In Caregiver:

We are knowledgeable about and govern ourselves by the "Employment Standards Act" and "Human Rights Act," Human Resources (HRDC) and Immigration legislation. we offer an "equal opportunities enviornment" to candidates so that we are unable to include culture as a specification. We can also provide you with "SUGGESTED INTERVIEW QUESTIONS"

Do you meet the requirements to hire a live-in caregiver?

Please read the following before submitting your application (below).

• Are you within the income bracket to hire a live-in caregiver?
• Can you provide the caregiver with a private bedroom or living area?

We recommend that Canadian residents considering international sponsorship check with Canada Immigration for more information.

Does your work schedule warrant a live-in caregiver opposed to a live-out? Sponsoring a foreign caregiver in Canada requires that the caregiver live in ONLY.

Hiring within Canada and the U.S. may take from one to three weeks to complete the background check.

Processing International Sponsorship takes between 2 to 4 months from Onkar Caregivers Training Institute. Other countries may take more time for the embassy to process the application and issue a visa. However, we strongly suggest that you consider the processing time when planning for your child or elderly care needs.
